주식회사 본업(이하 "회사")의 bonup 서비스(웹사이트 및 모바일 애플리케이션)는 효율적이고 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 공개 소프트웨어(Open Source Software)를 활용하고 있습니다. 회사는 오픈소스 저작권자들의 권리를 존중하며 관련 라이선스 고지 의무를 준수합니다.

제2조 (주요 오픈소스 라이선스 및 고지)

본 서비스에 포함되거나 활용된 주요 오픈소스 라이선스 범주는 다음과 같습니다.

1. MIT License 적용 주요 소프트웨어

4. 데이터 저작자 표시

소프트웨어가 아닌 데이터도 저작자 표시 의무가 따로 있습니다.

  • 대상: MaxMind GeoLite2 City 데이터베이스 (접속 지역 표기에 사용)
  • 저작자 표시:

This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com

  • 적용 범위: 이 데이터는 회사 서버 안에서만 조회하며 회원에게 내려가는 산출물(웹, 앱)에 포함하거나 재배포하지 않습니다.

제3조 (오픈소스 목록 제공 및 라이선스 문의)

① 회사는 서비스 업데이트에 따라 수시 변경되는 세부 오픈소스 라이브러리의 전체 목록을 최신화하여 관리하고 있습니다.

② 서비스에 사용된 전체 오픈소스 라이선스 세부 내역의 확인이나 소스코드 제공 요구(해당 라이선스에 한함)가 필요한 회원과 정보주체는 아래 전자우편으로 문의할 수 있습니다.

제1조 (시행일)

이 고지는 bonup 서비스 정식 런칭 시점부터 적용됩니다. 시행일은 v0.2 에서 바뀌지 않았습니다.

제2조 (개정 범위)

이 판은 라이선스 범주 예시의 정정과 문의처 표기의 정합이며 회원의 권리와 의무를 바꾸지 않습니다.
